By making a booking, paying a deposit, or accepting a quotation, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Bookings and Cancellations
- All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours' notice.
- Cancellations or changes made with less than 72 hours' notice will be charged in full.
- If our team arrives and cannot gain access due to the customer not being present, not answering the door, or otherwise preventing access, the full booking fee will still apply.
- While we will make every effort to reschedule appointments where possible, we cannot guarantee availability.
2. Deposits and Payment
- Payments are to be made either:
- At the time of booking through our website, or
- Via deposit, with the remaining balance due immediately after service.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made with less than 72 hours' notice.
- If a deposit is paid and the customer fails to provide access or is unavailable at the time of service, the full balance will remain due.
- By paying a deposit or making a booking, you authorise us to charge the balance of the agreed fee if the service is not fulfilled due to lack of access or cancellation outside the permitted timeframe.
3. Access and Site Conditions
- Customers must ensure that the site is safe, accessible, and free of hazards.
- Customers must allow us access to the property for the agreed duration of work.
- Electricity and water must be made available for the duration of the service.
- Where applicable, customers must provide access to a garden refuse bin. If one is not available, the customer is responsible for waste removal, or a waste disposal charge will apply.
- All animal waste must be removed prior to our visit. We reserve the right to refuse service if the area is not suitable to work in safely or hygienically.
4. Weather and Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to adverse weather, soil conditions, or other environmental factors that may affect the quality or safety of the work.
5. Limitations of Service
- We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee the survival or long-term health of any plants, shrubs, or turf following treatment or planting.
- Our total liability is limited to the total value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Customer Expectations and Time Limits
- If insufficient time is booked to complete the required work, we will advise accordingly and discuss further bookings or adjustments.
- We reserve the right to manage customer expectations to reflect the agreed scope of work and timeframe.
7. Marketing Materials
We may photograph the gardens we work on, before, during and after our visits. Photographs taken by us are the property of Urban Bloom Gardening and may be used by us for any purpose; customers may request copies at any time. Photographs supplied to us by a customer remain the property of that customer, and by supplying them the customer grants Urban Bloom Gardening a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to store, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute and display them, and any works derived from them, for any purpose connected with operating and promoting our business and any affiliated business, including in marketing and promotional materials, on our website and on third-party platforms. Customers supplying photographs confirm that they hold the rights to do so, and that licence continues until withdrawn by notice in writing to hello@urbanbloomgardening.co.uk. No customer name, address or contact details will be published.
8. Agreement
By booking our services, paying a deposit, or accepting a quotation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
